On July 3, 1975, M height is 5 feet 9 inches. He is sixty-five kg in weight. He is a 49-year-old successful IPS officer. Manoj Sharma, an IPS officer, was born in Bilgram, a small town in the Morena region of the state of Madhya Pradesh.

He then enrolled in and passed the eleventh grade exams at the Maharani Lakshmi Bai Government College of Excellence in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

But when the government decides to postpone the MPPSC assessments for three years, his dream of becoming a DSP is shattered.

Despite his best efforts, Manoj Kumar Sharma was unable to pass the Civil Services exam on his first, second, or third try. He falls in love with Shraddha Joshi, who is applying for the UKPSC. 
After being transferred to Gauri Bhaiya's home, Manoj is instructed to focus solely on his academic endeavors.He continued to strive though, put in a lot of effort, and passed the UPSC KA exam on his fourth attempt. and was ranked 121st overall in India. He and Shraddha were appointed Deputy Collectors after passing the UKPSC. 

How he managed to fulfill his dream 




Manoj, who comes from a low-income family, showed extraordinary kindness by giving him her pension money so he could attend UPSC coaching in Delhi. On the other hand, Manoj found it difficult to cope with the harsh reality of Delhi's competitive climate. Regretfully, he was mugged and lost the money. Unfazed, he refused to go back home and turned to his buddy Anurag Pathak for assistance.

Manoj failed the difficult UPSC examinations in his first three attempts, even though he studied hard. Dejected, he went back to his village, where he faced more difficulties with the death of his cherished grandma. Nevertheless, with his parents' backing, he returned to Delhi to pursue his unbroken aim of becoming an IPS officer.

Inspired by his classmate Shraddha Joshi, whom he loved deeply, Manoj was reluctant to show his emotions because of his poor academic performance. But when he did open up to Shraddha at last, she welcomed him completely, which gave Manoj a big lift. Motivated by this renewed encouragement, he thought that he could defeat the UPSC if he could win Shraddha's affection.

Manoj worked odd jobs to pay his bills and committed himself to UPSC preparation, frequently sleeping on the streets with beggars. Inspired by Shraddha, he continued to be unwavering in his determination despite the obstacles.

Manoj succeeded on his fourth try, earning AIR 121, and realizing his childhood ambition of becoming an IPS officer. Motivated by Manoj's success, Shraddha also passed the UPSC and went on to become an IRS officer. Their incredible love tale, coupled with their common resolve to overcome UPSC obstacles, gained notoriety and was featured in the film "12th Fail."
